Learning everything in 10 second reels might feel good, but we need to get together more if we want to make real progress.
2026 training days
My 2026 training days are built around that idea.
A mix of:
- Training days
- Video portfolio building days
- Content creation days
- A sprinkle of online live classes.
I’ll be honest, I don’t have a huge following, and this is the first time I’ve put out this many dates. I’m simply floating the ideas to see what feels right.
So if you join me this year, chances are it’ll be a small, relaxed group – it might be your cheapest a one-to-one traiing ever, but we’ll both still have a great time and come away feeling excited.
Video with Heart - in-person workshop
Come to my lovely training room in Market Harborough and learn how to add video to your photography sessions. Gear and settings in the morning, followed by a bit of playing before we cover editing in the afternoon.

Content creating days
I’ve had this idea for a while. I think we need to just get together, create great content for each other and have some mini learning. A lovely day, where you come away feeling recharged with fresh materials ready to use!

Video editing - LIVE online
I promise, this will be easy! You will be able to go away and put your own film together. Any photographer can learn to use Davinci for editing their own content and client materials. Do not let fear of video editing hold you back in 2026 – this could unlock everything.

Newborn and baby portfolio building day
Come to my studio and training room in Market Harborough and try out practical video. I will get a couple of cute models in, you can recording pretty footage, try out my video lights, get a feel for how you can easily add video to your newborn and baby sessions.
March 2026
Adventures!
I am pretty committed to the idea of having some adventure days out again, like our wild pony trip. We are aiming to go back to the ponies in Spring. This won’t be organised training but you are welcome to come if you also need open space and advetnures away from your normal paid work.

We’re all used to learning in 10-second bursts – scroll, swipe, move on.
But the truth is, the kind of growth that actually has impact doesn’t happen from watching hundreds of reels.
It happens when we slow down, meet in real life, pick up our cameras, and share the process together – the questions, the laughter, the “oh that didn’t work” moments. That’s where learning and creativity starts to feel fun again.
